The mobile version of the highly-anticipated PC game by Will Wright has the player create a multicellular organism and evolve it into a complex creature. Focusing mainly in the cellular stage, the player guides the creature through 18 levels, from a tide pool to a sandy coast, eating smaller creatures and avoiding larger ones along the way.
SPORE Origins received high praises from critics and was named "2008 Best Mobile Game of the Year" by IGN.com.

Plantasia is a mobile port of a PC game by Playfirst, makers of Diner Dash. Players plant seeds in pots arranged in a 3x3 grid and harvest the blooming plants for mana points, keeping them watered and fending off bugs and weeds in the process. The mobile version was redesigned from the original PC game to integrate the phone's 1-9 keypad.

Merv Griffin's Crosswords is a mobile adaptation of the short-lived syndicated game show of the same name. Players compete against computer contestants to fill in crossword puzzles and earn cash and "vacations." The player can create a custom avatar to represent his or her self at the podium. IGN.com gave the game a score of 8/10, calling it "a good take on the game show, as well as a fresh way to present crosswords on mobile."
